| Advanced Handgun - Level 1 |

This first class in a series of three will teach you basic skills NOT covered in the Kentucky Concealed Carry Deadly Weapons class. These basic skills are vital to being able to properly defend yourself and your family in an attack.
Topics covered will include:
· Discussions about selecting a pistol and ammo for personal defense
· Methods of carrying a handgun and concealing it
· Learning to keep your gun loaded during an attack
· Learning the proper method of drawing a concealed handgun
· Developing the proper mindset for personal defense
· Selecting a good holster for carrying a handgun concealed
· Learning to engage multiple attackers
· A selection of good practice techniques
These topics will be covered in our classroom setting and out on our live fire range as well.
Class fee: $75.00
Class times are: 9 AM – 5 PM
Please see our schedule for a selection of class dates to match your schedule. Classes are held in our training center just south of Lone Oak, KY at Hwy 45 and Hwy 1241 N behind the Smokeshop Liquor Store, just follow the signs in the parking lot to our entrance at the back of the building.

*** Do not purchase a handgun just to bring to class, rentals are available.

Rental handguns are available for a $10.00 fee plus ammo and will include a holster to use as well. Reserve a handgun ,if desired, when you contact us to register for class.
Equipment need for class will include a handgun of .38 caliber or larger, 200 rounds of ammo, a belt holster, eye & ear protection, a concealment garment, and clothes appropriate for an outdoor range in any weather.
